We are a newly organized blank check company. We are not limited to a particular industry or geographic region for purposes of consummating an initial business combination. We shall not undertake our initial business combination with any company being based in or having the majority of the company’s operations in China (including Hong Kong and Macau). The other founders are officers and directors of the Company. We believe that with their experience in operating public and private entities and skillsets in sourcing, investing, and value-enhancement, we are well positioned in pursuing opportunities that will offer risk-adjusted returns. Mr. Tony Tian has been our Chief Executive Officer since March 2022, and Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets at US Tiger Securities since October 2020. Mr. Ka Wai Cheung has been our Chairman shortly since our inception. Mr. Cheung has served as the President and Chairman of Wui Kam USA, an investment company, since 2021.
